Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", "Agreement") carefully before using the https://gifter.com.ng website and the Gifter mobile application (the "Service") operated by Rave Capital ("us", "we", or "our"). This agreement is a binding agreement between the individual or the entity identified in your Gifter account (“you” or User) and Gifter.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
You accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms by either (a) clicking agree or accept where you’re given the option to do so, or (b) by using the Service, or any part of it. If you don’t accept the terms, you are not entitled to use the Service. If the Publisher is an entity, the individual person who accepts this Agreement for the Publisher represents and warrants that he or she is entitled to enter this Agreement as an authorized representative of Publisher and to bind Publisher to the terms of this Agreement.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Content Requirements
You must ensure that all campaign content is non-offensive at the time you submit it to us. If you discover that content you have submitted does not comply, you must immediately withdraw the content by modifying it and replacing the offensive material with content that complies. We are entitled to remove or modify the details you provide for your campaign or event for any reason, including if we determine that it is not properly formatted or it does not comply with our content requirements. You must ensure that your events or campaigns are legitimate. We may contact you via email or phone to verify the authenticity of the claims in your campaign. We reserve the right to remove any campaigns we feel are illegitimate, or were created for mischievous purposes.
Payment Policies
We may require you to provide certain information or to provide a valid bank account in your profile in order to receive payments, in which case we will not be obligated to make payments to you unless you do so.
We will fulfil withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours from the date and time of request initiation. Please contact us if you do not receive payment within this time. In special cases, we will reach out to you via email.
As a contributor or donor, your card details are never stored on our website. We work with payment processors like Paystack and/or Flutterwave.
Fees
We will charge a 5% fee on your received donations. This includes fees we pay to our payment processors, third party fees and administration transaction fees.
There are no fees for withdrawals (although we pay our payment processors for these transfers).
Force Majeure
Gifter.com.ng will not be liable to you for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control, including, but not limited to, denial-of-service attacks, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, and labor conditions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
