As a school principal in a private school and the founder of a Facebook prayer group for teachers(private and public),since this pandemic started, citizens in the society especially private school teachers have not been finding it funny. Some have not received salary since March 2020 till date. They find it very difficult to feed themselves not to talk of feeding their family members. I know how much calls I receive daily from some that I know to ask for either cash or foodstuffs.
As a private school educator, I am finding it difficult to further give and I though of reaching out to the populace to assist teachers in my Facebook prayer group. Thank you.
